Final Post

As this semester comes to a close we review what we have done and learned this semester. Our completed project for the course, the Digital Literacy Project, turned out to be quite successful. The project is broken down into six lessons. These lessons are computer basics (ie- hardware and software), working with files, word precessing, using the internet, using e-mail, and the final lesson is a wrap up. Each lesson involves interactive handouts and some also include powerpoint lectures. I tested the material on someone quite computer illiterate, my mom, and she seemed to have a lot to gain from it. I am confident that the material we put together on this project will benefit many in becoming computer literate.
